CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

Your appointments are very important, and they are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 72 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations.

If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred:

48 hours or less in advance— 25% of booked service
Less than 24 hours in advance—50% of the cost of services booked
No-shows—100% of the cost of services booked

RESCHEDULING:

LESS THAN 48HRS $40 NON REFUNDABLE FEE

DEPOSITS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE IF CANCELED

ANY DEPOSITS MADE WILL APPLY TO APPOINTMENT

-LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate the full service or services booked. I ask humbly to notify me if you may be late.
